HEALING TRAUMA

WAM believes in helping the helpers.  Priests, pastors, doctors, nurses, youth workers, aid workers, teachers, first responders, and others throughout Lebanon who engage with traumatized populations require and deserve specialized training to help them process and recover from the vital work they do.

WAM trains camp counselors, early childhood educators, and daycare workers in how to help traumatized children. We utilize a trauma-sensitive curriculum in our healing camps for children.
